MdE belongs to the Ayesa Holding of companies and Ayesa, Aynova, Act Sistemas and Ayesa International constitute it.
The activity of MdE started up in October 1987, with a group of engineering professionals, with a wide experience in projects carried out both in Spain and abroad.
1989. An agreement with the Dutch company Gist Brocades (Delft, The Netherlands), nowadays DSM, is reached, for the technological cession grant of yeast plants.
1993. Establishment of MdE in the Asian market with a yeast plant for FYBY.
1994. Investment in infrastructure, the projects management programs MdESOFT and REBIS are developed.
1997. BASF Chemical Products Terminal and tanks farm revamping.
2000. Turn-key contract with Honghe Chemical for a Chloromethanes Plant in China.
2003. Project of a Bioethanol plant for ECOTEO.
2004. Multipurpose API's Plant of Medichem in Malta.
2006. MdE becames the fifth company of Ayesa. |
